connector will perform caller ID lookup on salesforce.com and

display the related party information.

2. Information tracking related to inbound and outbound calls, with the

information inserted automatically into the Salesforce.com

application call history

3. Log an incoming or outgoing call to salesforce.com with discussion

summary.

4. Allow user to search cases, opportunities, contacts, and accounts

residing on salesforce.com from within frSIP Switchboard and

perform click to dial.

5. Automatically display assigned sales tasks in frSIP Switchboard and

frSIP Mobile upon login, allowing your workforce to call your

customers with a tap of a finger.
